Sparkling & Oxygenated water also goes through reverse osmosis but then we use our unique systems to add the oxygen or the “sparkle”.
We send our still water through a large cooler that ensures the water is between 0 and 3 degrees celcius when it comes out.
We then infuse, under pressure, the water with either oxygen or carbonating gas that ensures the gas becomes part of the water and thus lasts longer.
By using this technique we also ensure that we produce a sparkling water with a light frizzante/champagne bubble, differentiating itself from heavily carbonated drinks which can leave consumers uncomfortable. Try it, you will be surprised as to how well it goes down.
